Building Strong Hospital Partnerships
November 8 - November 9$1200.00
Moving forward to build sustainable increases in donation and transplantation has increasingly required leadership and strategic thinking in hospital development. Creating strong partnerships to implement change and foster shared accountability for success is vital to the overall performance within your DSA.
This two-day session examines the elements of hospital service planning with an emphasis on designing strategic solutions for improving outcomes. Throughout the session, learners participate in interactive exercises tailored to address common problems, generate new ideas, and exchange resources. During the training, learners will be requested to submit a specific hospital profile for review and workgroup discussions.
The workshop faculty will include leaders with demonstrated records of achievement in regional and national hospital development programs. With this collective expertise, the workshop will emphasize a practical skill building approach to navigating the common challenges encountered in the field.
