Learners who previously took this course had this to say:
The course was well organized. Each week provided a wealth of information about grief and ways to speak more eloquently about donation. I felt inspired to improve how I speak to donor families.
Overall I felt the course was very helpful. Specific conversation coaching on strategies and what NOT to say was of the most help to me. I think the role/conversation playing is the most effective learning tool you offered.
I learned many new skills and strategies that I can apply to my role as a family care specialist when speaking to families. I enjoyed the entire course.
