Target Audience: Donation professionals with a minimum of one year experience in leading families in donation discussions. It is recommended that participants have completed the Basic Course, From Novice to Specialist-Empowering and Leading Families in Donation Discussions. This course will build on the basic foundational knowledge of the Dual AdvocacySM model and examine how the framework can be combined with advanced communication skills to help families successfully navigate even the most challenging crisis situations as they relate to donation.
