Click here to register for May This course is for learners who have been exposed to the basic principles and practices related to hospital development for organ donation. The learner will need a minimum of six months of field experience within their DSA in a hospital development capacity for adequate contextual framework.
This two-day session examines the elements of hospital service planning with an emphasis on designing strategic solutions for improving outcomes. Throughout the session, learners participate in interactive exercises tailored to address common problems, generate new ideas, and exchange resources.
