This education program equips dialysis social workers with knowledge of the kidney transplant process, enabling them to educate patients, make confident referrals, and support psychosocial needs.

Fresenius dialysis social workers

*6 social work CEUs will be awarded to participants who participate in the 3-part program and pass the quiz with an 80% or better.
